FAQ
Are retainer fees refundable?
Retainer fees are 100% nonrefundable.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
You must cancel one week prior to the date you booked for. A rescheduling fee will apply if the session is cancelled after the one week mark. See the contract for more details.
What happens if it rains during an outdoor photoshoot?
We can't control the weather and Oklahoma can be unpredictable. We can reschedule for a future date and the cancellation/rescheduling fee will NOT apply for weather events.
